Ardale Property Group was formed in 2012 and is a privately owned property development and strategic land investment company based in Dublin, Ireland. The company has an established and experienced team, which has been sourcing and delivering large scale investment and development deals in the Irish Market for over 20 years and boasts a significant portfolio of completed and current projects since Ardale’s formation.

Ardale work alongside like-minded domestic and international investors on a range of strategic land investment projects. Ardale’s strategy is to acquire property early in its development or redevelopment cycle and to work closely with stakeholders to deliver top quality viable schemes that provide strong returns for our investors and built environments that communities and businesses can thrive in.

Our team have an outstanding record in resolving complex planning and associated technical problems in order to secure viable planning consents that bring forward critically needed developments and achieve maximum value for our investors. Many of our projects require the master planning of new residential communities with supporting infrastructure such as cycleways, parks and playgrounds as well as childcare and nearby neighbourhood retail.

Sam Buck
Director

Since its inception, Sam has focused on setting up and managing investment and development projects on behalf of the Group, with a particular focus on higher return strategies involving planning, development and/or repositioning of property assets.

Sam is a Chartered Surveyor with wide ranging experience in the Irish property market for over 15 years

Alan Hegarty
Co-Founder and Director

A Chartered Accountant, Alan has been the force behind the success and growth of Ardale Property Group since its inception in 2013, ensuring consistently strong returns for our shareholders and investment partners.   

Alan has a strong knowledge and understanding of the industry and the market in which the company operates and has a proven track record of delivery in both the residential and retail markets in Ireland and the UK.

Co-Founder and Director

With over 20 years’ experience across various sectors of the construction industry, Emma is the creative vision behind the Group and oversees investments across a diverse range of projects.

Prior to setting up Ardale, Emma was Managing Director at ELM Holdings managing a portfolio with a value in excess of €1 billion.

BACKGROUND

Prior to the formation of Ardale in 2013, our owners had already been at the forefront of land planning and development in Ireland for over 20 years having owned and developed some of Irelands most high profile developments including Irelands most valuable investment asset, Dundrum Town Centre together with new residential communities such as Adamstown, Rathborne and Belarmine in Dublin.
