In late 2014, Ardale acquired unconditionally the old Wicklow Arms Public House from a private owner. The site was located in the heart of the scenic town of Delgany in north Co. Wicklow. The site was zoned Village Centre. A successful grant of planning permission was received from An Bord Pleanala on 16th March 2017 for a mixed-use scheme comprising 12 townhouses, 10 apartment together with a revamp of the existing public house to restaurant and retail space. The site was sold to a local consortium.
