Dundrum is the dominant shopping centre in Dublin, occupying 1.2m sq.ft with 3,500 car park spaces.

 

The management team were appointed as asset manager representative on behalf of a co-owner, to monitor the retail and asset management strategy, attend co-owner meetings, monitor all banking activity, produce banking and asset reports as required and overall ensure asset value maximisation.

 

The asset was successfully managed to an enhanced tenant line-up, with such additions as Hollister, Superdry and TK Maxx. Tenant arrears were minimised, and the asset maintained its position as a dominant centre for going forward. Overall rental income of 54m, and asset value of circa 1bn.
