PC Hoofstraat is the Bond Street of Amsterdam.

The management team were appointed as asset managers on behalf of the owners of the three directly owned retail units, to set a retail and asset management strategy, with a view to a re-positioning of the asset prior to an exit.

The asset was successfully managed to an enhanced tenant line-up, with Vacant possession of the Hugo Boss unit being achieved, and a subsequent letting to Carolina Herrera on much improved terms. Prior to the sale, the tenant line-up included Hermes and Caroline Herrera. Following the re-positioning, the investment was sold through a competitive bid process, with a very successful exit achieved.
